A doctor will ask you more detailed questions. The treatment plan will remain available in the chat. You will be given a prescription or a referral for further examinations or tests, if necessary.

- The service can provide recommendations for specialist-level treatment and examinations
- Specialist appointments or any examinations requested by a specialist are not included in the monthly price.

The health examination includes complete blood count, cholesterol, blood glucose, vitamin D, ferritin, inflammatory status and studies of the functioning of the thyroid gland, liver and kidneys.
Here’s what to do:
- Use the promo code sent to your email when placing your order.
- Order the tests you need via Puhti without a doctor's referral.
- Laboratory tests can be taken at many different locations. Most of the laboratories serve without an appointment.
- After placing the order, you will receive clear instructions in an email on how to prepare for sampling.
- The sampling takes only a few minutes.
- When the results are ready, you'll receive a notification as a text message and via email.
- After this, you can log in to the Oma Puhti service, where you can see your results.
