The goal of Mehiläinen’s international recruitment of care personnel and nurses is to solve the growing needs of nursing homes and the shortage of nursing staff by means of a training model for care assistants recruited from abroad.
With the help of the training model of Mehiläinen’s subsidiary, Healthcare Staffing Solutions (HSS), we have already delivered nursing staff to several wellbeing services counties. Our operations are transparent, and we do not use subcontractors or pay recruitment fees to third parties.

Processes
Our entire staff from teachers to coordinators and other personnel are our own employees. We are responsible for all stages of the process ourselves.
Training
The training is free of charge for students participating in the training model. The training includes Finnish language studies in accordance with the proficiency test (A2).

Guarantee
Our service comes with a 36-month guarantee. The delivery is free of charge if:
- the person terminates the employment relationship themselves
- the person is incapacitated for work
- or if the employer determines that the person is unfit for the position
