The goal of Mehiläinen’s international recruitment of care personnel and nurses is to solve the growing needs of nursing homes and the shortage of nursing staff by means of a training model for care assistants recruited from abroad.

With the help of the training model of Mehiläinen’s subsidiary, Healthcare Staffing Solutions (HSS), we have already delivered nursing staff to several wellbeing services counties. Our operations are transparent, and we do not use subcontractors or pay recruitment fees to third parties.

Our service comes with a 36-month guarantee. The delivery is free of charge if:

  • the person terminates the employment relationship themselves
  • the person is incapacitated for work
  • or if the employer determines that the person is unfit for the position
