The last two years have clearly shown that the service meets the changed customer preferences and needs.
In 2023, already 38.3% of occupational health care appointments have taken place at the Digital Clinic. Occupational health physicians, occupational health nurses and occupational physiotherapists are available at the Digital Clinic Occupational Health Care Centre every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. In addition, general practitioners and nurses are available on a needs-basis, and customer service is open every day of the year, 24/7.
With a comprehensive team of specialists and a free-of-charge well-being survey, employees are able to receive treatment and advice for their health concerns, regardless of time and place.
