We want to support the occupational well-being of our personnel and encourage a more active lifestyle by offering a wide range of sports services and benefits.
Mehiläinen’s Well-being and Exercise Manager Johanna Tokola’s task is to promote the physical activity of our personnel through various exercise classes and challenges, as well as to organise webinars related to well-being and physical activity. Mehiläinen’s occupational health professionals also participate in ensuring the health and well-being of the personnel.
Urheilugaala – Finland’s most active workplace 2023
Mehiläinen was awarded as the most active workplace in Finland at the Urheilugaala event. The selection was made by experts from the Finnish Olympic Committee and regional sports organisations. In their justifications, it was stated that the functions, communications and conditions of promoting physical activity are organised in an exemplary manner when considering Mehiläinen’s size and various job descriptions.
